Founded in 2007 by Jeffery "Machine" Mccann and Sarah "Smalls" Saltzman, Hit the Floor Productions provides artists with the opportunities for growth in the entertainment industry. Smalls has been working in the entertainment industry since 1999 and hosted an event in San Francisco that was voted "Best Hip Hop Monthly" in the SF Bay Guardian in 2001. She has also booked events for many venues including the legendary House of Blues Sunset Strip and Jillian's Universal CityWalk. Machine has been dancing professionally for over 14 years now and has traveled the world as a dancer. Some of the recent projects he's appeared in are "Step Up II" feature film, Chris Brown's "Forever", Waynes Bros "Snowflake" feature film scheduled to come out at the end of this year, and The Cheetah Girls national tour 2008.
Aside from all their regularly offered services, Hit the Floor Productions has also founded "West Bound"- a dynamic dance company that focuses on breaking, popping, locking, and other various styles of dance. Using all of these forms of dance, West Bound promises an incredible performance that will impress any audience!
